Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell fountains, ponds and waterfalls — pond and koi-pond kits, pondless waterfall kits, self-contained fountains, cascading water features, a designer water wall, pumps, filters with UV and spillway units, with the clarifiers, impellers and liner-repair kits to go with them. The type, what is included and the power or water it needs are stated on each listing for domestic outdoor use.

Electrics, water and safety

Pumps and UV clarifiers are electrical and run outdoors — connect them to a 230 V supply through the correct residual-current protection (RCD), ideally by a qualified electrician. Open water is a drowning risk: a pond is not suitable where young children are unsupervised; fence or cover as needed. Pond water is not drinking water. Protect pumps and pipework from frost in winter, and isolate the power before working in the water. Assemble and seal fully before filling. CE marked.
